Christopher LeMark is a motivational speaker, hip-hop artist, spoken word performer, and mental health advocate dedicated to transforming lives through creativity, culture, and conversation. As the founder of Coffee, Hip-Hop & Mental Health (CHHAMH), he has built a movement that normalizes mental health conversations and creates safe spaces for healing and empowerment.
His journey is deeply personal. Surviving childhood trauma and battling suicidal ideation, Christopher turned his pain into purpose, using his story as a catalyst for change. With no funding and no blueprint, he launched CHHAMH from the ground up, building it into a thriving organization that impacts thousands. Through innovative spaces like his community coffee shop and programs like CHHAMH University, he breaks down barriers to mental health access and equips people with tools to navigate life’s challenges.
With over 20 years in hip-hop and spoken word, Christopher merges artistry with advocacy, using music and storytelling to inspire and connect. His work is rooted in the belief that healing is possible, and through CHHAMH, he continues to create spaces where people can find hope, resilience, and transformation.
Today, Christopher is leading a new era of mental health education and cultural empowerment, ensuring that more people, especially in underserved communities, have access to the resources and support they deserve.
