Originally, I partnered with a friend to write my life story structured into a live music performance in 2009. The script had a lot of depth, the crowd gave great feedback, but at the last minute, I made some unnecessary changes. I was a bit immature and I wanted to please the people around me, so I added extra scenes that ripped the heart away from the production. I am probably being too hard on myself, but self-constructive criticism sustains me. Today, I am please to see from a distance, how much I have grown. It's such a daily process and it's difficult at times, but God. When I decided to bring "The Moment" back, I wanted to make sure that I didn't compromise the story. It was necessary to produce truth, but this time from a different lens. Truth grounded in growth, love and joy. That is the heart of "The Moment."
